Duties
- Supervise daily cleaning activities across all departments, including processing areas, offices, and common spaces
- Manage janitorial teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement sanitation schedules aligned with food safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee laundry operations for uniforms and linens as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Coordinate with management to address sanitation issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning procedures, inspections, and compliance reports
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or management experience in custodial or janitorial services
- Strong background in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management
- Experience with laundry operations and hospital or food processing facility sanitation is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to sanitation and food safety standards
