Night Shift- Inventory Control and Driver Check-In

We are looking for a capable Coordinator to support our company’s Quality Assurance operations. Accurately and efficiently processing all returns and work efficiently with the Transportation Department

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - 8pm - 6am

Pay: $25.00

Responsibilities:

• Key reporting as needed.
• Process and record damaged inventory.
• Process mis-picked returns and provide credits.
• Effectively and accurately scan/process all returned items.
• Assist all other departments with additional inventory needs.
• Ensure recalls are completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Match credits noted by drivers to the products that are returned.
• Certify returned product is acceptable to be returned to inventory.
• Troubleshoot quantity/item discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Research discrepancies of returned products without documentation.
• Assisting in the completion of other department functions are required.
• Ensure returned cases are placed into their assigned slot location or reserve in a timely manner.
• Communicate with the Transportation department regarding any returns which have not been correctly processed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years’ experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (cooler, dry, and freezer).
• Ability to operate and have a basic understanding of mechanical operation of pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to communicate and coordinate with other team members.
