Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. We are a fast growing tutoring company that hires experience teachers to tutor on their schedule. We work hard to get teachers quality clients, and match them based on your availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage Parent communication, including scheduling and confirming location.
- Report Back hours from sessions.
- Plan effectively for each session with the targeted goal of student growth.
- Support students in their their growth and learning.
- Integrate learning technology into lessons to enhance student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student performance and needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning is essential.
- Knowledgable of school standards and testing.
- Previous experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and educational standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A background in tutoring or providing individualized support to students will be advantageous.
