About The Job.

What You Can Expect. As a Shipping and Recieving Clerk, you would be responsible for:

• DATA ENTRY & INTEGRITY:
• Input data daily in reports as assigned.
• Maintain Shipping Schedule integrity
• Maintain Driver log integrity
• REPORTING & ANALYSIS:
• Verify all shipments in WMS
• Follow CGMP standards.
• End of month reporting verification and validation.
• CLIENT ENGAGEMENT:
• Client Relations
• Organization Analysis
• Effective email, phone, and interpersonal communication.
• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
• Manage outbound paperwork flow from office to warehouse operative for loading.
• Verify order quantities to ensure they are shipping complete
• Email paperwork to carriers and broker
  
  

What You Can Expect. As a Shipping and Recieving Clerk, Supervisor, you would be responsible for or the accurate shipping and recieving of product to meet company standards of safety, quality and productivity. You would work with a team of warehouse operators and other Inventory professionals to assist you and count on you for daily partnership. You also could work closely with and partner with cross-functional team members from the Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Production departments.

With over 760,000 square feet of combined warehouse space, our shipping and recieving clerk must be able to stand and be mobile to collaborate within the warehouse. There is also a lot of work, which requires being able to sit for long periods of time. Sometimes, you may need to stretch, bend, squat, climb, or lift up to 25 pounds to complete a task. The working conditions are free from unusual hazards or otherwise significantly unpleasant conditions – in fact, our production areas are comfortably climate-controlled and have the same temperature year-round!
