Responsibilities:
Shipping & Logistics
- Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments
- Ensure all items are labeled correctly and compliant with company and carrier requirements
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to support timely deliveries
Documentation & Data Entry
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date shipping records
(packing lists, bills of lading, delivery receipts, etc.) - Enter data into our warehouse management and tracking systems
- Use Excel and Outlook daily for logs, communication, and scheduling tasks
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues
- Communicate shipment status, delays, or documentation needs
- Assist with scheduling pickups and managing shipping timelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or related fields (preferred)
- Strong data entry abilities and familiarity with Excel and Outlook
- Working knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory practices, and warehouse operations
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
