Maintain the general facility including: buildings and grounds. Building components include HVAC units, lighting, air compressors, plumbing, pest control, electrical, and mechanical
Essential Functions And Basic Duties
- Perform all preventive maintenance and clean-up to buildings and grounds except those which are contracted on a formal schedule.
- Perform repair and installation of office lighting, office furniture and electrical circuits.
- Maintain Compounding Area piping and operating equipment.
- Perform general repair and maintenance of:
- Plumbing
- Roofs
- Air compressors
- HVAC units
- Boilers
- Fire systems
- Perform minor office construction as required.
- Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions and provide vendor supervision as required.
- Perform required safety inspections.
- Perform job duties to appropriate SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets.
- Other duties as assigned.
