What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sheet Metal "Press Brake" Operator- 2nd Shift position at NIC Global?
This position now starts at $22.50/hr or more depending on the amount of experience you have operating a Steet Metal Brake.

THIS IS A 2nd SHIFT POSITION BUT TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE ON 1ST SHIFT FOR APPROXIMATLY 2 WEEKS. Monday thru Thursday 6:00AM until 4:30PM.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Operates press brake and machine control (CNC) for simple routine setups.
- Loads and unloads tools.
- Operates the machine control.
- Responsible for routine maintenance of machine, and secondary operations during production.
- Must be able to verify quality using simple measurement instruments (calipers, protractors, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE OPERATING A SHEET METAL PRESS BRAKE.
- Basic math knowledge.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Understanding of basic computer PC.
- Must be willing to work overtime.

Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations.
Mon - Thursday
4:40pm - 3:10am
40 Hours Regular time
Overtime hours available if/when necessary
