What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tour Guide/Ambassador position at NIAGARA MAJESTIC TOURS INC?
GRAY LINE NIAGARA FALLS/BUFFALO is the leading transportation company in the Niagara County area!
We are seeking energetic candidates to join our amazing team for our upcoming 2023 season by conducting guided tours of Niagara Falls and/or assisting fellow team members in creating a positive experience for our customers.
This position DOES NOT require driving our vehicles.

Full-Time & Part-Time OPENINGS: Mornings, afternoons, nights, holidays & weekends.
Competitive Hourly Pay- $16.00 per hour plus gratuities ranging from $20.00-$200.00 per day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct, entertain & educate guests giving historical facts about Niagara Falls.
- Escort guests to tour attractions & make sure they are admitted without issues.
- Assist guests in boarding the correct tour buses.
- Ride along on tours to assist tour guides, if not providing the tour.
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE ABOUT YOU:
- Knowledge of Niagara Falls & the surrounding areas is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiastic & outgoing personality with great people skills & friendly disposition.
- Able to work in high pressure environment.
- Able to handle extensive walking.
- Willing to work afternoons, evenings & some weekends.
- Ability to enter Canada a plus.
