As a Sales Representative/Concierge/Guest Service, you will be responsible for:
- Booking sightseeing tours of Niagara Falls, NY to tourists from our various leading hotel lobbies & sales locations.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding attractions, sightseeing tour descriptions & sightseeing points of interests to guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred – Training available
- Exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly & outgoing personality as well as a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Niagara Falls & the surrounding areas is a plus, but not required. If you have the right personality, are calm under pressure & have clear communication skills, we can train the rest.
- Ability to pass Niagara Falls licensing exam (Training provided)
- Ability to utilize company specific technology (Training provided)
- Have flexibility with your schedule & on call as needed.
