We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcome guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- Conduct visitor background checks using an online system and issue appropriate visitor badges.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
