An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person ready for a role which is both rewarding and fulfilling to join our Health and Social Care Partnership as a Senior Health Care Support Worker in the Out of Hours period.
You will be providing care within the home and community settings across Perth & Kinross under the guidance of the Out of Hours Nursing team.
Joint partnership working with Perth & Kinross Social Work services and Private and Voluntary Sector services will be an essential part of this role.
Experience of working in a health or social care environment
SCQF At Level 6/7 Or Equivalent Experience Is Required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential and a willingness to develop
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
