Senior Executive Director – Senior Living (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) | Up to 25% Annual Bonus
Healthcare Support is seeking a Senior Executive Director for a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Colorado Springs, CO. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced senior living operations leader to oversee a large-scale community serving approximately 700 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. The Senior Executive Director will lead all aspects of community operations, drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, oversee financial performance, and foster a culture of hospitality and excellence for residents, families, and staff.
Pay Details
$140,740 - $190,000 annually
Annual Bonus: Up to 25% based on staff retention and NOI performance
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
This is a leadership role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and community needs. The Executive Director maintains full ownership of the building and serves as a key leader during emergency situations.

- Oversee all community operations, including resident satisfaction, staffing, compliance, and financial performance
- Lead a team of 10-15 direct-report department leaders across a 512-unit senior living community
- Drive occupancy growth through sales leadership, resident retention initiatives, and customer service excellence
- Foster a hospitality-focused culture that enhances the resident and family experience
- Ensure compliance with all state and company regulations and survey readiness requirements
- Partner with department leaders to optimize dining, maintenance, housekeeping, and clinical operations
- Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve community goals and operational benchmarks
- Delegate effectively while maintaining visibility and engagement throughout the community
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of five years of operational leadership experience within senior living required
- Experience overseeing large communities with at least 350 units
- Sales leadership experience, including resident retention and move-in/move-out processes
- Experience within Independent Living communities required
- Must be willing to obtain a Colorado Assisted Living Administrator License
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for business use
- Strong leadership, financial, communication, and relationship-building skills
