🩺 What You’ll Do
- Assess, monitor, and treat wounds in accordance with physician orders and protocols
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
- Conduct weekly skin and wound rounds
- Monitor and document healing progress and outcomes
- Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal care
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred
- Long-term care or rehab experience a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Wound care certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
