Now Hiring: Day Porter/Site Cleaning Manager – Help Keep Our Client’s Office & Warehouse Clean, Sanitized & Welcoming!
We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Day Porter/Site Cleaning Manager to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office and warehouse environment at our client’s facility in Pelham, Alabama. This part-time role focuses on afternoon cleaning and upkeep, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and understands the importance of keeping both office and warehouse spaces thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
By upholding high standards of cleanliness—especially in restrooms, common areas, and shared workspaces—you’ll directly contribute to the overall hygiene and comfort of everyone using the facility.
Position Details:

Environment: Office and Warehouse Facility

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Pay: $15.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Restroom Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning of restrooms—including toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, and spot-cleaning walls

Sanitization: Disinfect high-touch areas such as faucets, door handles, and stall partitions
-
Supply Restocking: Replenish restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) and ensure dispensers are functioning properly
-
Trash & Waste: Empty trash bins and sanitary receptacles, and dispose of waste properly

Facility Inspections: Monitor restrooms, office, and warehouse areas for maintenance needs or concerns, and report any issues to the CBFMG Office

Office & Warehouse Cleaning & Upkeep: Dust furniture, vacuum floors, spot mop, and maintain a clean, sanitized environment throughout office and warehouse areas
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of janitorial or cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies, tools, and disinfectants
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable, self-motivated work ethic
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs
