Columbiana Health And Rehabilitation Is Seeking a Dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor To Join Our Leadership Team. This Position Offers Flexibility To Fit Your Schedule
- Part-Time: Work every other weekend only
- Full-Time: Work every other weekend plus one additional weekday shift
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations
- Support and mentor nurses and CNAs
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed
- Current Alabama RN license
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
