- Provide skilled nursing care throughout the night
- Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Communicate with physicians and on-call providers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care and follow through on clinical concerns
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Current Alabama RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach
- Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- New graduate RNs encouraged to apply
