💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage patient billing, collections, and reimbursement processes
- Work claims from submission through resolution (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance)
- Identify and resolve billing issues, denials, and aging accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clean claims and timely payments
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to business office staff
- Assist in overseeing business office operations and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or business office operations (required)
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance claims
- Experience with AR follow-up, denials, and revenue cycle processes
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support team operations
- Leadership potential or prior experience supervising staff preferred
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
