Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Document care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
- Current CPR certification is a plus.
