Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team on all shifts.
As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on resident care, assist with daily activities, and work alongside our nursing staff to ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Obtain and document vital signs and assigned care information.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow infection prevention, resident safety, and care plan guidelines.
- Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – REQUIRED.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
