Duties
- Execute remodeling projects including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile work, and finishing touches with precision and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule work phases and meet project timelines
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety regulations
- Install custom features such as cabinetry, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, doors, stucco finishes, and hardscape features
- Manage material estimates using construction management principles and Bluebeam software for digital document management
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction remodeling or renovation projects with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related trades
- Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site safety protocols
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, concrete forming/finishing, plastering, welding, tile laying, and flooring installation
- Ability to operate power tools including saws, drills, grinders along with heavy equipment when necessary
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and construction inspection procedures to ensure quality control
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively
- Valid certifications or training in construction management or specific skill sets such as Bluebeam or heavy equipment operation are a plus
