Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Employees are eligible for weekly and monthly bonus incentives starting from their first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately.
• Maintain an organized filing system for client information and office documents.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations within the office.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and promptness.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
