Role Description
We are seeking a Loan Officer for this full-time remote role. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, evaluating loan applications, and recommending suitable home financing options. Daily tasks may include analyzing financial documents, maintaining compliance with underwriting guidelines, and fostering strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service. The role requires a commitment to delivering a seamless and efficient loan origination process from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Experience in loan origination, managing loan applications, and developing successful financing solutions
- Strong understanding of finance, underwriting principles, and mortgage industry regulations
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including effective communication and the ability to build trust with clients
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely while achieving sales goals and performance targets
- Mortgage Lending License (NMLS) or willingness to obtain licensure
- Familiarity with relevant financial tools and mortgage software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
