Average Pay Range: $30- $32/hr - pay will be determined by experience and certifications

Sign-on Bonus: $2,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

To Become Part Of The NFI Team You

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license
• Technical or advanced degree or 1-2 years of equivalent maintenance experience
• Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance with diagnostic tools and equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
• Successfully demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Examples of teamwork and customer service skills, including good oral and written communication skills.
• On-site evaluation with recommended training
  
  

Your responsibilities as a Trailer Technician / Mechanic will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Diagnose issues with the trailer's systems, including the electrical, suspension, and brake systems
• Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, such as tires, brakes, and suspension components
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
