Responsibilities
In this role, your daily tasks will focus on formatting, proofing, and presentation support:
- Presentation Formatting: Edit and format Google Slide decks and documents to ensure they are clean, organized, and easy for audiences to understand.
- Brand Consistency: Apply NFI’s brand standards (proper logos, colors, and fonts) to new and existing materials.
- Deck Updates & Iteration: Work with notes and feedback from Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to make specific, sometimes minute text and layout changes to existing decks.
- Basic Visual Support: Help create simple graphic elements or clean up charts and data tables so they look professional.
- Task Management: Keep track of multiple presentation updates at once and handle quick turnaround requests as priorities shift.
We are looking for someone who is patient, organized, and precise with their work.
- Software Skills: Proficient with Google Slides and Google Docs (experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is also a plus).
- Eye for Layout: A good sense of basic design, alignment, and visual balance. You know how to make a slide look clean rather than cluttered.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot formatting inconsistencies, typos, or off-brand colors.
- Receptive to Feedback: Comfortable making multiple rounds of minor edits based on stakeholder input until the deck is exactly right.
- Major: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Design, Logistics, or a related field.
