NFI North is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide oversight for our five bed Residential Treatment Program that specializes in providing supported housing services to individuals transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. This program site is located in Boscawen, New Hampshire.
This new program will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in this treatment facility are seeking independent home-like living.
Responsibilities: The RN is responsible for overall planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care of program participants. Provides direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, medical assessment of program participants, medical documentation and record keeping, medication administration and responsible for managing program medical supplies. This person works closely with the psychiatric professional contracted through the agency. Provide Supervision of other medical support staff.
Qualifications: Degree from accredited School of Nursing must hold a NH, RN License. Experience with the program population preferred.
