We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $70 commission per class. We are interviewing for certified Zumba Instructors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, safe, and practical classes that offer ongoing motivation and feedback to participants.
- Create enthusiastic and energetic class environments.
- Place specific emphasis on safety and proper movement execution.
- Assist the site manager in the marketing, promotion, and tracking of classes.
- Provide management with any feedback received from class participants.
- Provide recommendations on industry trends, equipment, and ideas to enhance the group exercise program.
- Maintains certifications and licenses as required for the position.
- Abides by uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications:
- A passion for fitness/group activity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service/sales orientation.
- Strong individual and team contributor.
- Prior experience preferred, plus National certification.
- AED/CPR certification
