Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Downtown Miami, FL for a Hotel Spa & Fitness Manager. The Hotel Spa & Fitness Manager will oversee daily operations of the spa and fitness center, including managing staff, scheduling and overseeing fitness classes. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and implementing spa and wellness programs amd marketing campaigns. The manager will work closely with guests to provide exceptional services that align with NFC’s Five Diamond Service Program.
