We are looking for highly skilled Forward Deployment Engineers with expertise in GenAI tools, full-stack development, and AI-powered engineering workflows to support enterprise-scale AI adoption and product delivery transformation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Enable and support business teams in adopting GenAI tools and AI-driven development practices.
✅ Design and implement AI-powered workflows to enhance software delivery.
✅ Build and integrate agent-based solutions, RAG systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
✅ Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize developer productivity using modern AI tools.
✅ Support enterprise deployment and integration of GenAI platforms and services.
Required Skills
🔹 Strong Full-Stack Development experience with:
- Java

🔹 Expertise in:
- Distributed Systems
- APIs & Microservices Architecture
- Event-Driven Architecture

🔹 Hands-on Experience with:
- Devin
- Claude (Anthropic Models)

🔹 Strong Understanding of:
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agent-Based Workflows
- Multi-Agent Architectures
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
