Position Overview:


The Remote Office / Administrative Assistant/ Life & Health Insurance agent will provide critical support to our insurance operations and office management functions. This role requires a highly organized individual with experience in insurance operations, strong administrative and communication skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.

  • Maintain and update client records and insurance policies accurately in company systems.

  • Assist with insurance claims, policy renewals, and client communications.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed to support management and team operations.

  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve policy and billing inquiries.

  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance industry administrative support or related roles.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.

  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Life & Health Insurance Agent License is a plus

Salary : $38,400 - $72,000
