Role :Sr .NET Full Stack Engineer
Exp Req : 5-7 Yrs
Location : Redmond, WA (Need Locals/Onsite)
Salary Range -100k per annum(Only Fulltime – No contract option)
Key Responsibilities
Need strong passion for accessibility and deep expertise in Microsoft technologies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building secure, scalable applications using Azure, C#, and .NET Core, while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and delivering robust solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging Azure services, C#, and .NET Core.
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards across all layers.
- Develop APIs and backend services with robust performance and scalability.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices for accessibility and security.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for modern development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 7 years in full stack development with Microsoft technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Azure cloud services.
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure.
- Solid understanding of application security, identity management, and secure coding practices.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with Blazor, React, or other modern UI frameworks.
- Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other security protocols.
- Passion for accessibility advocacy and continuous improvement
