Procurement Manager
We are currently supporting a rapidly growing food manufacturing business in the search for a Procurement Manager to join their expanding US operation. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone looking to help build and shape a growing procurement function while owning critical supplier relationships across key ingredient categories.
This role sits within the plant leadership structure and offers significant long term growth potential as the procurement organization continues to scale. Procurement spend is projected to reach approximately $150M by 2028.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Own supplier relationships across key ingredient categories including proteins, chocolate, sugars, sweeteners, caramel, and flavors
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and cost savings initiatives
• Drive supplier evaluation, selection, and long term partnership development
• Manage supply continuity, delivery performance, and supplier issue resolution
• Partner closely with operations, planning, and product development teams
• Support logistics and inventory related purchasing decisions
• Utilize ERP systems to manage purchasing and supply data
• Help shape future procurement processes, systems, and team structure as the business grows
What They’re Looking For
• 4 to 6 years of procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing experience
• Direct procurement experience required
• Ingredient sourcing experience highly preferred, especially within proteins, flavors, chocolate, sugars, or sweeteners
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Commercial mindset with experience negotiating contracts and driving savings
• Hands on, high energy individual who thrives in fast paced environments
• Builder mentality with the ability to operate effectively in evolving organizations
• Someone adaptable and collaborative rather than overly rigid in approach

Compensation
• Base salary range: $120K to $130K
