About the Company
Location: Brooklyn, NY (4 days onsite)
Reports to: Finance Leadership
The company is looking to bring on a Senior IT Manager to establish and lead its internal IT function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for designing and scaling the company’s IT environment from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical teams to build secure, reliable systems that support a distributed and growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities-
Design and manage a modern, cloud-based IT environment to support a distributed team

Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability as the company grows

Oversee identity and access systems and enforce best practices around user access
Security & Compliance

Implement a security-first approach across systems, devices, and networks
-
Establish controls such as authentication, device security, and monitoring
-
Support compliance initiatives aligned with regulated environments (e.g., healthcare or similar industries)
Endpoint & User Experience
-
Manage the full lifecycle of employee devices across multiple operating systems
-
Create efficient onboarding and offboarding processes

Serve as a key partner to internal teams, ensuring a seamless technology experience
Tools & Automation

Own and optimize the company’s internal software tools and platforms
-
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
-
Evaluate and implement new systems as needed
Operations & Vendor Management

Establish IT processes and service standards

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology spend

Maintain visibility into assets, systems, and overall IT performance Infrastructure & Systems
You will work across tools and platforms related to:

8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or operations

Experience building or scaling IT environments in growing organizations

Strong hands-on experience with cloud-based systems and identity management

Experience managing endpoints across multiple platforms (Mac, Windows, mobile)

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
