Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boston, MA. The selected candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to activities spanning drug development, research analysis, and product strategy implementation. Daily responsibilities will include designing and executing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, collaborating with team members on regulatory tasks, preparing scientific publications, and assisting in preparing for product launches.
Qualifications
- Experience in experimental design, research analysis, and execution of pharmaceutical development projects
- Excellent writing and editing skills for preparing scientific publications and regulatory documents
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for processing trial data and monitoring drug efficacy
- Ability to effectively collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate insights and findings
- Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, Ph.D.) is preferred
- Knowledge of clinical trial phases, particularly experience with Phase II or Phase III trials, is highly valuable
