Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Program Liaison
- Serve as the primary PTP liaison to the Oracle Fusion implementation program team — representing the interests and requirements of all PTP functional areas including Invoicing, Disbursements, Vendor Onboarding, Supplier Master Data, and PTP Stakeholder Service
- Ensure PTP business requirements are accurately captured, prioritized, and reflected in Oracle Fusion system design, configuration, and testing
- Facilitate alignment between the Oracle Fusion program team and PTP functional leads on scope, timelines, design decisions, and change impacts
- Track open items, design gaps, and decision logs across all PTP workstreams and ensure timely resolution with the appropriate stakeholders
- Represent PTP in key program governance forums, steering committees, and executive briefings
PTP Stabilization Program Management
- Define, build, and manage an integrated PTP stabilization program plan that spans all functional areas — Invoicing, Disbursements, Vendor Onboarding, Supplier Master Data, and PTP Stakeholder Service
- Identify and prioritize stabilization initiatives based on operational risk, business impact, and alignment to Oracle Fusion go-live milestones
- Establish a structured program governance model including workstream tracking, risk and issue management, dependency mapping, and executive reporting cadence
- Drive accountability across PTP functional leads, Technology partners, and business stakeholders to ensure stabilization milestones are met on time
- Champion the use of Graphite Connect tools/platform to advance supplier enablement, PTP automation, and analytics capabilities (preferred)
- Manage interdependencies between stabilization workstreams and the Oracle Fusion migration timeline, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-stabilization to maximize ROI from the Oracle Fusion investment and optimize end-to-end PTP performance
- Identify and champion opportunities to apply automation and AI capabilities — including Oracle Fusion intelligent document recognition, AP invoice automation, and anomaly detection — to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls across PTP
Risk, Issue & Escalation Management
- Maintain a comprehensive risk and issue log across all PTP stabilization and Oracle Fusion workstreams, ensuring risks are assessed, owners are assigned, and mitigation plans are in place
- Conduct root cause analysis on systemic operational issues impacting PTP performance and work with functional leads to drive permanent resolution
- Lead governance over the hypercare program, including the issue prioritization framework, escalation protocols, and go/no-go decisions for process handoffs
- Escalate blockers and critical risks to the SVP, Source-to-Pay, the SVP, PTP GPO, and other senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Serve as a trusted advisor to PTP leadership on program health, prioritization trade-offs, and resource needs
Change Management & Readiness
- Develop and execute a change management and readiness plan for Oracle Fusion go-live across all PTP functions — including process documentation, training coordination, and communication planning
- Partner with functional leads to assess team readiness for Oracle Fusion adoption and identify training or resource gaps requiring action prior to go-live
- Coordinate hypercare and stabilization support plans for each PTP function following Oracle Fusion go-live, ensuring adequate coverage and rapid response capability
- Drive alignment on cutover planning, parallel run strategies, and fallback procedures across all PTP workstreams
Reporting & Executive Communication
- Define and monitor enterprise PTP KPIs and SLAs, and present performance dashboards and risk assessments to executive teams as required
- Design and deliver a comprehensive PTP program dashboard providing real-time visibility into stabilization initiative status, Oracle Fusion readiness, key milestones, risks, and open issues
- Leverage analytics and AI-enabled insights to surface trends, predict operational risks, and inform data-driven prioritization across PTP workstreams
- Produce regular executive-level status reporting for the SVP, Source-to-Pay and senior leadership team, synthesizing complex program details into clear, actionable insights
- Maintain an initiative tracker across all PTP stabilization workstreams, ensuring progress, ownership, and timelines are transparent and current
- Facilitate structured working sessions, steering committee meetings, and cross-functional workshops to drive decisions and maintain program momentum
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across PTP functional teams, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and senior business stakeholders
- Serve as a connector and translator between technical Oracle Fusion program resources and PTP business operations teams
- Partner with the SVP, PTP Global Process Owner (GPO) to align stabilization and design decisions with the global end-to-end PTP process model, standards, and target operating model
- Partner with the Director, PTP and functional leads to resolve complex process design issues, system configuration gaps, and integration challenges
- Proactively identify and manage stakeholder concerns, communication gaps, and organizational resistance that could impact program delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or PMP preferred
- 15 years of progressive experience in program/project management, Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services, with at least 5 years at a VP or equivalent level
- Demonstrated hands-on experience leading or co-leading an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, with specific exposure to AP, PTP, or Procurement modules
- Oracle Fusion implementation experience across multiple PTP modules (AP, Payments, Supplier Portal, Procurement)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end PTP processes including invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, and supplier master data
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs in complex, global organizations
- Strong root cause analysis, risk management, and executive communication capabilities, including program governance and hypercare operational frameworks
- Experience leading change management and organizational readiness for major system or process transformations
- Familiarity with finance/PTP automation and AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., intelligent invoice processing, automated controls, predictive analytics) and how to operationalize them at scale
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s) or recognized ERP leadership credentials
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience deploying AI or intelligent-automation capabilities within finance or procurement operations (e.g., Oracle Fusion AI/ADF, OCR/document IQ, RPA, or agentic workflows)
- Hands-on experience with Graphite Connect is a significant plus
- Experience managing global, multi-site programs with teams across the US and Europe
- Experience leading post-go-live stabilization programs in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments
- Media, entertainment, or large enterprise industry background
- Experience operating in a global shared services or GBS environment, including finance shared services transformation or GBS operating models
