What You’ll Do:

• Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices.
• Offer relationship-based, exceptional client service.
• Meet performance goals and attend training sessions.     
   

Luxury Sales Position Highlights:

• Location: Must live within driving distance to our Burnsville, MN office location for on-site training. Remote work option based on performance and management approval.
• Training: Comprehensive on-site training program.
• Pay Rate: $20/hour commission in your first six months
• Schedule: Full-Time, this is a 40-hour per week position

Must have previous experience working effectively in a remote role, with a demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and maintaining reliable attendance and performance.
 

Training & Full-time Schedule: 

• Weeks 1-2: On site training (9:00am-5:30pm CST, Mondays thru Fridays)
• Weeks 3 and beyond: Remote option with management approval, on-the-job work and training (9:00am-5:30pm CST, Mondays thru Fridays)
   

Earning Potential: 

• Year One: $50,000 - $100,000.
• Year Two and Beyond: $100,000 .
• Top Performers: Up to $275,000 annually.
• Performance-based bonuses available—earn up to $4,000 in your first year!
   

 Requirements:

• 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
• College degree a plus but not required.
• High School diploma required (GED).
• Personable, confident, and eager to learn.
• Ability to commute to Burnsville, MN, for on-site training.
• Strong sales techniques and a history of meeting quotas.
• Excellent phone skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Knowledge of jewelry, watches, or collectibles (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking with tech tools.
• Self-motivated with a hunger to sell and achieve goals.
• Experience in sales presentations, overcoming objections, and closing strategies.
