About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandising Analyst to manage product data, coordinate with vendors, and overall merchandising support.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, business acumen, and a passion for product, marketing, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a meaningful role in driving product performance by ensuring accuracy in product data, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams.
You will also play a hands-on role in merchandising marketing initiatives, including campaign execution and product launches, while gaining exposure to assortment planning, inventory strategy, and performance analysis. This role offers increasing ownership and the opportunity to gain experience into broader merchandising responsibilities.
What You will Do
Product & Merchandising Support
- Track and manage product samples throughout development and launch
- Maintain accurate product data, SKUs, and pricing in internal systems
- Support product setup and assortment planning
Vendor & Team Coordination
- Communicate with vendors regarding samples, timelines, and updates
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
- Assist in keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines
Data & Reporting
- Input and maintain merchandising and inventory data
- Support basic reporting on sales, inventory, and product performance
- Learn to identify trends and opportunities in the business
Marketing & Strategy Support
- Assist with product launches and merchandising execution
- Help ensure product information is accurate across channels
- Support pricing, promotions, and assortment decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Curious and business-minded
Salary Range
$45,000 (based on experience)
