The ideal candidate will have:
- Active CPA is required
- Strong leadership abilities for 8 direct reports
- 8 years of successful and progressive growth within accounting & finance
- Skilled in GAAP, SOX/internal controls, compliance, revenue forecasting and financial reporting
- Ability to oversee all accounting, finance/FP&A tasks, cash management and treasury
- Technical ability and business acumen to discuss accounting/finance conversations and make technical recommendations
- Large ERP software, and advanced Excel is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
