NextStep Recruiting is seeking an Associate Product Manager for their client to support and grow a global product platform used across multiple regions. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who enjoys working cross-functionally, translating data into features, and helping move products from concept through launch.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with global stakeholders to support and execute the product roadmap
- Define product requirements, including user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
- Support Agile delivery by maintaining the sprint backlog, prioritizing work, and tracking milestones
- Coordinate UAT efforts to ensure quality releases
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, and enablement teams
- Use data and reporting to identify opportunities and improve product outcomes
- Track post-launch performance and support continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging product capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- 2 plus years of experience in product management, project management, or IT-focused roles
- Strong understanding of software development and web-based technologies
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to turn data insights into clear product requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Exposure to APIs, Salesforce, or automation tools is a plus
Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Insurance or financial services experience preferred, not required
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
