SERVICE MANAGER, QUINCY ILLINOIS
Salary Range: $75-$100k a year; exempt position - salary is based upon education, knowledge and years of experience.
- A performance-based bonus plan is available
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Lead a High-Performing Diesel Service Team
We’re looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead daily operations in a busy heavy-duty truck shop, overseeing a team of 9 technicians. This role is responsible for driving shop performance, developing technicians, and delivering a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily shop operations, workflow, and technician productivity
- Own P&L performance, including labor sales, efficiency, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and diesel technicians
- Ensure quality repairs, warranty compliance, and OEM standards
- Build strong relationships with fleet and external customers
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of heavy-duty truck/diesel experience
- 3–5 years of service leadership or shop management experience
- Strong understanding of shop operations, billing, and efficiency metrics
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL preferred)
