As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:
- Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
- Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
- Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
- Parts preparation, including order filling from stock
- One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
- Automotive Industry experience preferred
- MS Office and computer literacy
- Team-player attitude at all times!
- Customer-focused service approach
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
- Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
