Are you great with people and have a knack for parts and service? We're looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative / Delivery Driver to join our team!
Bring your energy and customer-first attitude to a role that keeps you moving! You’ll help customers find the right parts, keep our inventory running like a well-oiled machine, and hit the road for deliveries and pickups as needed — all while creating great experiences every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
As a key part of our team, you’ll:
- Assist walk-in, shop, and phone-in customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and technical support on parts and accessories.
- Process orders, payments, returns, and credits.
- Source out-of-stock items and handle emergency orders.
- Support our outside sales reps with prompt order fulfillment.
- Keep the counter area organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Upsell related products and promote specials through phone, email, and customer follow-ups.
- Perform regular inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, stock checks, and restocking
- Deliver and pick up parts as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive or industrial parts sales
- A valid Class “E” driver’s license with a clean record is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to handle transactions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements:
This isn’t your average desk job—you’ll be moving and on the go!
- Hands-on work: regularly using your hands to handle, feel, and reach for parts
- Active days: walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing
- Stay on your feet: standing and sitting for extended periods of time
- Strength in action:
- Regularly lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs
- Keep a sharp eye: good close and distance vision are essential for this role
