Pay: $27-$31 - Pay based on an individuals skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.

Were looking for a Service Advisor to serve as the key link between our customers and technicians in a busy heavy-duty truck shop. If you have diesel experience or the drive to learn well give you the tools and support to succeed.
What Youll Do
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience for every customer from check-in to vehicle pickup
- Listen to customer concerns and create accurate repair orders and service estimates
- Inspect vehicles and document service needs clearly and efficiently
- Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep repairs on track and on schedule
- Provide customers with timely updates and clear communication throughout the repair process
- Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
- Review completed repairs with customers, explain charges, and ensure satisfaction before delivery
- Handle billing, payments, and service documentation accurately
- Support daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow management
- Assist with road tests and additional duties as needed
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record required; CDL preferred
- 3 years of experience in the light- and/or heavy-duty truck industry or related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of truck repair, maintenance, and service operations preferred
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with service management software
- Understanding of shop financials (labor, parts, billing)
