Requirements
- 12 years professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Extensive treasury management experience including working with banks and lenders
- Vendor management and vendor relations experience, especially in coordination with procurement teams
- Strong understanding of finance operations, FP&A, treasury, and accounts payable processes
- Ability to step into a high-level strategic role with potential for succession
- Lead and oversee a team of 5-6 FP&A professionals supporting US field operations and consolidated financial reporting
- Manage treasury activities, working with banks, lenders, and high-level financial discussions
- Supervise an AP team of approximately 10 staff, handling vendor management and procurement collaboration
- Step into vendor management issues as needed, ensuring smooth financial operations
- Support strategic financial planning and analysis to drive company growth
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on financial decision-making
