Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 4 years of accounting experience
- Strong fixed asset accounting experience, including capitalization and depreciation
- Extensive intercompany reconciliation experience across multiple entities/business units
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- ERP system experience required; Oracle Fusion preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP
- International/multi-entity accounting experience a plus
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization and depreciation
- Reconcile intercompany AR/AP accounts across multiple entities
- Review operational and financial results for international business units
- Lead or support finance projects to improve efficiency
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Collaborate with external auditors and supply financial data
- Monitor financial performance and variance analysis
- Support offshore accounting team members
