SALARY: $70,000–$100,000 OTE (depending on experience)

Requirements
- 5 years outside sales experience
- Proven success in prospecting, business development, and closing deals
- Skilled in cold calling, networking, and leveraging contacts to generate leads
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and decision-makers
- Experience in commercial real estate, relocation, or owner’s representation is a plus
- Prospect and close new clients through cold calling and networking
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Research and build relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
- Manage prospecting data within CRM (SharpSpring)
- Qualify leads and ensure engagement with decision-makers
- Prepare and present project proposals and pricing
- Follow up on proposals, handle objections, and work toward closing deals
