Inside Sales Manager (6028)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Inside Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $110,000–$130,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Proven experience leading an inside sales function; able to manage, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 direct reports
• Demonstrated ownership of sales KPIs (set, track, and improve) with clear, measurable results (revenue, conversion, productivity, retention)
• Hands-on, high-performing sales background with the ability to personally sell and close (player-coach; not just a supervisor)
• Strong customer follow-up and account management skills, including retention and reactivation of inactive accounts
• Track record of improving sales processes to drive execution, accountability, and team performance
• Professional, polished communicator with a proactive, collaborative leadership style
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 inside sales professionals
• Set and execute strategy to grow revenue across product/service lines supported by the inside sales team
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability against goals
• Improve inbound lead follow-up cadence and conversion performance
• Drive customer retention and recovery; reactivate inactive accounts
• Partner with leadership to align compensation/incentives with business goals
• Improve CRM/technology adoption, reporting, and overall sales efficiency
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with field/outside sales and internal teams
• Ensure internal reporting and operational coordination stays accurate and up to date
