Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or marketing support.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to travel 50–60% depending on season.
- Experience with event software and project management tools (preferred).
- Strong follow-through and the ability to work with executives, franchisees, and agencies.
- Lead the full planning and execution of annual national franchise conference.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, and internal coordination.
- Oversee attendee communication, room blocks, travel coordination, and conference registration.
- Manage on-site logistics, production, run-of-show, and speaker support.
- Deliver a seamless, professional experience for all attendees.
