Requirements
- Proven experience working with Epic Gallery
- Strong understanding of Epic’s app integration standards, especially SMART on FHIR.
- Experience reviewing, completing, or troubleshooting vendor tickets related to Epic applications.
- Familiarity with vendor management, ticketing systems, and application testing.
- Knowledge of Epic’s App Orchard platform is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with clinical, IT, and vendor teams to review, prioritize, and facilitate ticket review and resolution for Gallery-related applications.
- Assist in the completion and validation of vendor tickets, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Support the onboarding and integration of third-party applications into Epic, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Manage vendor communications, track progress, and coordinate testing activities.
- Participate in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Gallery applications.
- Document workflows, requirements, and custom builds to ensure clear communication and efficient processes.
- Support end-user and vendor training activities as needed.
- Assist with project management tasks including tracking issues, testing plans, and go-live support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to app deployment and integration.
