Requirements
- 10 years work experience as an HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing or food and beverage company
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- OMS or comparable HRIS system
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is a plus
- Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification is a plus
