Data Specialist – Systems Integration Specialist (5245)

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Data Analyst – Systems Integration Specialist to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $67,000 – $99,000 Bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Industry experience in Workforce Development, Unemployment Insurance, or Department of Labor programs
• Familiarity with GIS products is required
• 4 years of advanced Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, SSIS, data import/export)
• 2 years of data analysis, data conversion, integration, or migration within an IT environment
• Project management skills are preferred
• Strong communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform complex SQL data analysis supporting Business Analysts and Project Managers
• Develop, maintain, and support policies and procedures for data interfaces between legacy systems and Geographic Solutions platforms
• Design programming specifications with business owners and subject matter experts
• Ensure accuracy and functionality of interface or conversion scripts
• Handle SQL table modifications related to client data changes
• Merge records and process data change requests in SQL and GUI, providing recommendations for resolution
• Test data in various environments, including automated interfaces, batch processes, and legacy data verification
• Troubleshoot federal reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies reported by clients or internal teams
• Collaborate with clients to discuss issues, propose solutions, implement resolutions, and follow up
• Make recommendations to improve data quality and processes
• Design advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and scripts for data migration and conversion projects
• Assist with reporting needs and collaborate with application developers to support evolving systems
• Optimize SQL code for performance enhancements
• Develop and document technical processes, including deployment and nightly builds
• Estimate effort for change requests and projects, preparing technical documentation
• Interface with internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate data delivery
